Service Description
Develop a deeper understanding of mental health and practical, practised skills to support someone who may be struggling. Learn to recognise signs, start supportive conversations, listen effectively, respond to safety concerns and help someone access appropriate support using the CARE Framework.

Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the course start date. If you need to change your booking or are unable to attend, please contact Exmet Mental Wellbeing as soon as possible. Transfers to another course date may be available subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.
