Service Description
Develop a deeper understanding of mental health and practical, practised skills to support someone who may be struggling. Learn to recognise signs, start supportive conversations, listen effectively, respond to safety concerns and help someone access appropriate support using the CARE Framework.

Transfers to another course date may be available subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.
